Refund policy

To cancel your conference and/or master-class(es) registration, please send a message to , and we will provide you with all the requirements for the refund procedure.

If you cancel before October 7th, you will be refunded full amount but

• 10% for registrations made with bank transfer;
• 12% for registrations paid otherwise.

If you cancel after October 6th 2017 there is no refund.
