About visa

All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel the Russian Federations. There are several types of visa, so you need tourist type and the invitation.

If you plan to stay in St. Petersburg and in the same hotel, you might be able to get invitation (visa support letter) from your hotel. Not all hotels will do this for free, but many will. If you plan to stay in different hotels it is better to arrange the whole trip with a travel agency. They can issue the visa support for you.
