About SECR 2017
Software Engineering Conference in Russia (SECR) is one of the brightest annual IT events in our country. The 13th edition of the SECR will take place on October, 20-22 in Saint-Petersburg.
Conference program will include:
- Invited experts of global and Russian IT market;
- Reports, selected on competitive basis, from more than 150 submissions;
- Discussions;
- Workshops;
- Special Networking Party.
In total more than 100 events for the two conference main days.
Over the years SECR has become one of the largest platforms for sharing experience, obtaining knowledge and networking.

About conference
Organized since 2005, SECR is the key annual software event in Central and Eastern Europe that is regularly attended by over 700 participants from local industry. Our total reach is over 1 million software and IT people from CEE region (online + media coverage).
The conference produce a high quality program with acceptance rate about 35%.
