AgileIoT: Agile meets Internet of Things
In this talk we will introduce AgileIoT, the disciplined Agile approach dedicated to the world of the Internet of Things. AgileIoT was born from the awareness that teams cannot address the governance and development of an industrial IoT solution borrowing approaches from the world of software, hardware or cloud, and considering them disjointed.
We need to think a holistic way the governance of IoT Product creation in function of the two fundamental elements of them: Smart Things (“T”) connected and managed from Cloud (“I”, the Internet).
Who will attend to the talk will bring to home deep information about the main aspects to the challenges related to the creation of a marketable and consumable IoT massive solution, starting from the IoT Production dilemma and the fundamentals 8 bobble-aspects that must be validated for overall sustainability of the solution.

Research Manager and Microsoft MVP I work daily with complex projects using Agile/Lean/DevOps approaches to achieve business goals. Software Engineer with a Master Degree in Software Technology and Software Management, my primary focus is on Enterprise Lean Coaching, helping international company, specially in energy/banking and automotive fields, to transform themselves in a more dynamic and Value driven companies.
Specifically, I work intensively with Disciplined Agile 2.x and SAFe to give to the customers an initial holistic vision of their company, and using it like a “start point” for the transformation. Also, I use Lean Startup to support new business idea creation.
Meanwhile I create and own the open project AgileIoT.org, a new disciplined approach aimed to support companies to create massive market IoT solutions in a manner where different people with different skills work together day-by-day to create a consumable solution.
